Handyman for Contract Work in Kaunas, Lithuania



As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in Kaunas, Lithuania on a contract basis. Your main duties will include fixing and maintaining various household items such as plumbing, electrical systems, and furniture. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and damaged pipes
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform repairs or replacements as needed
- Repair or replace broken furniture, appliances, windows, doors, etc.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and gardening
- Respond promptly to client requests for repairs or maintenance services
- Keep track of inventory for necessary tools and supplies
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role in a residential setting
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Ability to use common hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Biometric passport is required for this job
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Must be based in Kaunas or willing to relocate

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month. As this is a contract job without accommodation provided by the employer, candidates should have their own housing arrangements.
