As an online consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients through various online channels such as chat, email, and phone. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels to assist them with their inquiries and concerns
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Identify and escalate any issues or complaints to the appropriate department
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven experience in customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
