As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions and interactions between members of our community. This is a vital role in maintaining a positive and engaging online environment for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and interactions between community members
- Enforce community guidelines and ensure that all content is appropriate
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support when needed
- Identify potential issues or conflicts and address them promptly
- Maintain a professional and welcoming tone in all communications
- Track user engagement and provide insights to improve community engagement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Moderator or similar role in an online community
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of social media platforms, especially Facebook groups
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Compensation:
This is an urgent job with a salary of 1100$ per month. The selected candidate will also receive visa sponsorship if needed. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
