Contract Administrator
A contract administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contracts and agreements within a company. They ensure that all contracts are drafted, reviewed, and executed in a timely and efficient manner. The primary role of a contract administrator is to provide support to the legal team and other departments by handling the administrative tasks associated with contracts. This includes maintaining accurate records, communicating with clients or vendors, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with contract terms. The ideal candidate for this position should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Ensure all contracts are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and their status
- Communicate with clients or vendors regarding contract terms and conditions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Monitor performance against contractual obligations
- Assist in resolving any issues or disputes related to contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Prior experience working as a contract administrator or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Faroe Islands, however remote work may be considered.
