Entry-Level Florist in Las Vegas


We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Florist in Las Vegas. As a florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and special events. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of flowers by trimming stems, removing thorns, and arranging them in vases or containers.
- Create unique floral designs based on client requests and event themes.
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring they are fresh and well-stocked.
- Deliver arrangements to clients or assist with set up at event venues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client needs and offering creative solutions.
- Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but a passion for flowers and design is a must.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work with delicate flowers.

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1700 per month.
