We are seeking a skilled Body Repair Master to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This role requires experience in body repair and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Plan and execute repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Weld and reshape damaged panels using appropriate tools and techniques
- Replace any damaged parts with new ones as needed
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines and costs
- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Experience working with various tools such as welding equipment, sanders, paint guns, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Good communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
