Industrial Architect



We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in La-Condamine. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings and structures
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information and assess any potential challenges or constraints
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to develop cost-effective solutions for construction projects
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within allocated resources
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract job without accommodation provided. The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in La-Condamine.
