Entry-Level Industrial Architect (Contract)
Location: La-Condamine, Monaco


We are currently seeking an entry-level Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in La-Condamine, Monaco. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial spaces, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial spaces
- Create detailed design plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Research materials and construction methods to determine the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for each project
- Work closely with engineers and construction teams to oversee the implementation of designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are being executed accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively
- Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and construction teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in industrial architecture or related field
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
