We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in Hawalli, Kuwait. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food production. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to customers
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other employees
- Plan and coordinate daily kitchen activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely preparation of all dishes
- Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, portion control, plating presentation, and overall quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining setting
- Ability to create innovative menus using fresh ingredients while staying within budget
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, food presentation styles, and culinary trends
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
