We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Funchal, Madeira. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and maintain profitability
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and drinks according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team of employees
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
