Land Surveyor


We are hiring a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Remish, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate data on land boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction, engineering, and other projects. Your role will also involve analyzing survey data and creating maps, reports, and other documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct surveys to determine land boundaries, elevations, contours, and other important information
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and drones to collect data
- Analyze survey data and create maps using computer software
- Prepare reports and presentations based on survey findings
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or questions
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying
- Train junior staff members on proper survey techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using various survey equipment and software programs
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $1100/month (may vary based on experience)
