Instrument Technician


An Instrument Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems in a variety of industries. They work with a wide range of equipment, including sensors, transmitters, controllers, and other electronic devices. They are also responsible for troubleshooting any issues with these instruments to ensure they are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new instruments and control systems according to blueprints or technical specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on existing instruments and control systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or issues with instruments or control systems.
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate readings.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed on instruments and control systems.
- Collaborate with other technicians or engineers to diagnose complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in instrumentation technology.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as an Instrument Technician or similar role.
- Familiarity with a variety of instrumentation systems and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Physical dexterity and ability to work in tight spaces or at heights if needed.

Education/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical degree or certification in instrumentation preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
