Industrial Alpinism Technician

As an Industrial Alpinism Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights using specialized equipment and techniques. You will work on industrial sites, buildings, and other structures to perform maintenance, construction, and repair work. This physically demanding job requires excellent physical fitness and a strong understanding of rope access techniques. Experience in industrial alpinism or a related field is required. This full-time position offers a salary of $1600 per month, as well as accommodation and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Perform rope access tasks at various heights on industrial sites and structures
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, construction, and repair work as directed
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Use specialized equipment such as harnesses, ropes, ascenders, descenders, and other tools necessary for the job
- Communicate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Continuously strive for improvement in job performance and efficiency

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Previous experience in industrial alpinism or a related field is required
- Strong understanding of rope access techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred:
- Certification in industrial alpinism or rope access techniques is preferred but not required
(European Rope Access Association or Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians)
- Experience using power tools or other specialized equipment
for industrial alpinism tasks
