We are hiring an experienced Baker to join our team in Herzliya. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods from scratch, following traditional recipes and techniques. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately, ensuring consistency in taste and texture
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Decorate and present finished products in an appealing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items or improve existing ones
- Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and ordering supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and equipment
- Creativity and ability to develop unique recipes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Must have own transportation

Preference will be given to Malayalee or Nepali candidates who are fluent in English. Experience working with international cuisine is also preferred.
