Back-End Developer


We are hiring a Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Kaunas. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Your role will also include integrating front-end elements into the application, as well as collaborating with other team members to design and implement new features.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side components of web applications
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of back-end services
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements into applications
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, including research, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and scalability of back-end systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong experience with programming languages such as Java or Python
- Experience with web development frameworks like Spring or Django
- Familiarity with databases and SQL queries
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
