We are a leading company in Jeddah, seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national with fluent English skills to advance their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead of trends
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt communication and efficient service delivery

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with fluent English skills (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the Jeddah market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
