We are looking for a skilled Shaper to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and molding various materials to create products such as surfboards, skateboards, and other custom-made items. You will work closely with designers and clients to bring their visions to life through your expertise and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret design blueprints or client specifications
- Operate shaping equipment such as saws, sanders, and routers
- Shape materials according to design specifications
- Monitor the quality of the final product and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Meet production deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role
- Familiarity with shaping equipment and tools
- Ability to read and interpret design blueprints or specifications
- Attention to detail and precision in shaping techniques
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements or deadlines

Salary:
1100$ per month
