Job Title: Fitter Supervisor


We are a manufacturing company based in Gujrat and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter Supervisor to join our team. As a Fitter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of fitters and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Plan and coordinate daily tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met
- Inspect equipment and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and provide effective solutions
- Oversee the installation of new equipment and ensure it is done according to safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Train new fitters on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a fitter in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in supervising a team
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, welding, and cutting equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Biometric passport is required for this position
