Entry-Level Florist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Entry-Level Florist to join our team in Alta, Norway. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required but a strong interest in floral design and a willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior florists with creating and arranging floral displays for events, weddings, and other occasions
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the floral shop
- Learning about different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Preparing materials such as vases, ribbons, and other decorations for arrangements
- Greeting customers and taking orders for custom arrangements
- Participating in workshops and training sessions to develop skills in floral design

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and floral design
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different styles of floral design

Salary:
Starting salary for this entry-level position is $1700 per month.
