IT Support Specialist


We are a growing IT firm based in Kolding, seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and assisting with various IT-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring technical issues and provide solutions
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is located in Kolding. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Denmark.

Note:
This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates if needed.
