Gardening Assistant


We are currently seeking a Gardening Assistant to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the garden and ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-maintained
- Plant, water, weed, and prune plants as needed

- Operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers and trimmers
- Monitor plant health and report any issues to the head gardener
- Maintain inventory of gardening supplies and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures while working in the garden

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Must have a passion for gardening and be physically fit to handle tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, depending on the needs of the garden

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $900 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
