Job Title: Plasterer for a Construction Company in Karachi, Pakistan



As a Plasterer for our construction company in Karachi, Pakistan, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This role requires experience in plastering techniques and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix and apply plaster using trowels or other tools
- Create decorative textures or patterns on plastered surfaces
- Repair cracks or holes in existing plaster
- Coordinate with other workers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of various plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or plans
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
