Hotel Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of hotel operations, including staff management, guest services, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations including rooms division, food and beverage, and guest services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the hotel
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Ensure exceptional guest service is provided at all times
- Monitor financial performance and make strategic decisions to maximize profitability
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services are provided at competitive prices
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction
- Plan and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Participate in budget planning and monitor expenses to stay within budget parameters

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel setting
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations including rooms division, food and beverage, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Salary: 1400$ per month (tax-free) plus benefits package including health insurance
Contract Type: Full-time contract for an initial period of one year with the possibility for extension

Language Requirements: Fluency in English, Arabic language skills are a plus.
