We are in search of an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our hotel in Manama. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and exceptional culinary skills, as well as strong leadership abilities. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that high-quality meals are consistently served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus based on seasonal availability and guest preferences
- Create new dishes and recipes while maintaining high standards of quality
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that dishes are prepared in a timely manner
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary ingredients
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to plan special events or menus
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Degree or certification from a culinary school is preferred but not required

Salary: 1000$ per month (with accommodation)
