As a Senior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications. You will also be expected to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on the team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in JAVA development
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
- Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or Oracle
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
