Mechanical Engineer
Responsible for designing mechanical works for the renovation and new building projects and supervising the works for University air conditioning, plumbing, and drainage.
Supervises the mechanical works to include but not limited to:

• Designing, drafting and drawing
• Cost estimating
• Coordinating with and obtaining required approvals from local government agencies
• Approval of material and shop drawing’s Submittals
• Review invoices for mechanical works
• Prepares required documents and technical information for public tenders
• Supervises renovation and building projects for plumbing, drainage and A/C including:

o Reviewing the snag list at the end of projects
o Reviewing primary and final statements for handing over the projects
o Inspecting contracted work materials and liaison with local government agencies
o Supervising contractor’s work
o Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Minimum Qualification
bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
