Job Description

  • Answer the phone, screen & amp record calls
  • Overview customers to the ideal person or division
  • Remove as well as onward messages
  • Welcome visitors and also clients
  • Call persons waiting on site visitor and organize conference
  • Coordinate mail circulation in and out of workplace
  • Send out e-mail as well as faxes.
  • Collect as well as distribute parcels and also various other mail.
  • Give info/ Sales brochures, Flyers
  • Various other various jobs connected to day to day service.


Requirements


  • 1 ~ 2 Years Certification/ Diploma
  • Minimum 1 ~ 2 Years functioning experience in similar position
  • Good Understanding in Microsoft applications
  • Fluent in English & amp Arabic (Preferred)
  • Pertinent training or certification
  • Privacy
  • Organized, presentable and great time monitoring abilities.
