Job description - Line Cook/ Pizza Chef
- Day to day kitchen operations
- Food and ingredients preparation
- Managing daily food preparation and ingredients ordering
- Cook made to order breakfast and lunch dishes
- Observe food and safety regulations, and maintain good hygiene standards
- Maintain smooth and efficient operations in the kitchen
- Performing and acting in accordance with company guiding principles*
Requirements:
- Able to work as a team, strong sense of responsibility, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude, confident, and enthusiastic
- Relevant experience in restaurant is preferred but not a must
- Fluent in Cantonese and/or English
