Position: Junior Sous Chef 副厨师长 (Full time #527012)

Location: Guangzhou, China
Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:
Create daily requisitions and kitchens transfers with the given ordering systems.
Report all challenges and failures of machinery, tools or equipment’s and follow up.
Liaise and communicate with other Sous Chefs and Section leaders on any inter departmental requirements.
Attend all training sessions deemed suitable by the Department Head.
The Junior Sous Chef is assisting the Sous Chef with the production and quality control of all foods prepared in his/her respective area section.
Assist Sous Chef in all the menus implementation.
Conduct daily inspections throughout all assigned kitchen sections to observe operational standards relating to section responsible products and follow up with the Sous Chef.
Constantly strive to improve kitchen-operating procedures
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head
Identify areas of improvement through suggestions
Job Requirement:
Result oriented interpersonal skills.
Artistic flair, eye for details, taste and presentation.
Team player with initiative.
Committed and career minded.
College degree/diploma or above from an accredited culinary institution.
At least 2 years working experience in 5 star hotel or high profile restaurant in similar capacity.

协助厨师长在其各自责任区域内完成所有食物准备工作及食物出品质量控制。
协助厨师长落实执行菜单。
每日检查并跟进本厨房各个档口从加工到出品的各个环节以保证厨师长的各项要求得以贯彻执行。
致力提高厨房生产加工工艺及流程
根据上级要求及工作需要调整工作职责范围。
虚心接受改进建议.
岗位要求:
具备主动进取的团队精神。注重工作成效,拥有良好的人际关系处理技巧。
具备艺术鉴赏力,对细节的洞察力,对品味和陈列出的作品有很高的追求。
拥有强烈的责任感和事业心。
拥有经认可的烹饪学院大专文凭以上。
不少于两年的5星级酒店或高级餐厅同等职位的工作经验。
