Main Responsibilities 主要责任
To provide a courteous and professional service at all times .
在任何时候都能向客人提供礼貌和专业性的服务。
Receive work assignment and keys and proceed to work area.
领取工作单和钥匙,进入工作区域。
Clean guest rooms according to the hotel standard .
按照酒店的标准为客人打扫房间。
Conduct a physical room status check, morning and afternoon according to the department standard procedure.
按照部门的标准程序检查并提供上午和下午的房态。
Report missing and damaged items in guestrooms to your supervisor immediately .
如客人房间里东西丢失/损坏立刻汇报楼层主管。
Observe safety and security regulations of the Housekeeping at all times.
遵守客房部的安全/保安条例。
Report all guest rooms displaying a "DO NOT DISTURB" to your supervisor for follow up and action .
向主管汇报“请勿打扰”房,并要采取相应的措施。
Hand over all the lost and found items left behind by the guest to the housekeeping office.
把客人遗留物品连同记录单移交客房办公室。
To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the management . 完成由管理人员布置的其它合理工作。
Human Responsibilities 人事责任
1. Establish and maintain good relationships with all staffs especially within his section.
在部门内部,于所有员工保持良好的工作关系。
Follows hotel policies at all times.
遵守酒店的规章制度。
Relations 工作关系
Report directly to the floor captain.
直接向楼层领班汇报工作事宜。
Replacement & Temporary Mission 替代和临时责任
Replace any of his staff when requested by Exe. Housekeeper or Asst. HK Manager .
按照行政管家或客房部副经理的要求代替其它员工的工作。
Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
根据上级的要求,完成其它工作任务。
