Be a role model within the hotel and exhibit and practice professional skills, which are fully aligned with our culture
Assist the Manager of Talent & Culture in Developing and coordinating Talent & Culture programs within the Hotel in accordance with Company HR policies, practices and procedures.
Providing direction to a team of Talent & Culture professionals in areas such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, communication, activities, health and safety, employee relations and training.
Providing a sounding board for employee concerns, mediating solutions and initiating change as needed.
Keeps abreast of all provincial laws and applicable legislation pertaining to Human Rights, Employment Standards, Labour Relations, Workers' Compensation etc., and ensures that the Hotel operates in accordance with such laws and legislation,
Fosters positive employee relations and help provide a favourable climate for continuous and effective relations
Counsel employees in work related and or career development situations
Responsible for recruitment for all leadership positions up to Executive Committee
