The Department Manager is responsible for the achievement of the objectives set for his/her department and supervises all store activities connected to it, guaranteeing that commercial strategies and company procedures are correctly applied. He/she is responsible for the performance and development of his/her team and, for this purpose, he/she monitors the achievement of their objectives. Also, he/she is in charge of the store management in cases the SM (or ASM) is vacant.
Defines the actions required to achieve the business objectives assigned to his/her department.

Constantly updates the Store Manager on department business matters.
Creates team works to ensure the achievement of the department objectives.
Above Senior High School Education
Over 5 years' experiences in luxury brand or premium hotel, of which 2-3 years in supervisor position
With strong sense of responsibility & self-motivated Active sales acquisition & customer service
With strong people skills and able to be in charge without dependence
Able to communicate in English
Passionate about a career in fashion
