4. Book trip ticket & hotel, prepare travel application and repayment
5. Keep BPC system and Share job monitoring system,
6. Organize Sales & BP regular meeting and also consultation, take meeting minutes
7. Take care of office possessions & products adminstration and procurement
8. Accept local sales & operation regarding to advertising events and also funding, mainten Share system
9. Assistance local sales for PM website check issues
10. Support BU local advertising and marketing activities
Your certifications as well as experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 1-3 years working experience of international business is better.
3. Excellent command of MS Office, Excel and also PPT for information evaluation and also sales record
4. Very spoken and written interaction skills in chinese along with great command of English
5. Great interaction and interpersonal skill, a committed team gamer, eager to discover, self-driven, information oriented, aggressive
