Certifications
Minimum 2 years function experience as Cook de Partie/Demi Cook de Partie or 5 years as Commis in a resort or large restaurant with great criteria ideally with experience in luxury worldwide brands.
Credentials in Cooking Area Manufacturing or Administration will certainly be an advantage.
