EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Responsibilities:
  • Set up consultations as well as preserve calendars collaborate and also assist in conferences, events, and/or traveling arrangements, as needed.
  • Deal with personal and sensitive info with outright discretion as well as discretion.
  • Preserve hard copy and/or electronic declaring system.
  • Prepare records for conferences and also presentations.
  • Attend conferences and take, type and also distribute meeting mins.
  • Daily routine contact with Senior Administration Group at all Business Unit levels on different dash-board/management reports and so on.
Skills:
  • Bachelor Level (B.Sc/ BA) and/or professional office/secretarial certificates a plus.
  • 8-- 10 years experience in the same field out of 4 years as Exec Secretary to VP/Director/CEO in a big company.
  • Outstanding computer system abilities, particularly with MS Office and MS Expectation email. Additional understanding in SAP/ERP platform is an included benefit.
  • Excellent Communication skills (Verbal & amp written) in English & amp Arabic.
