Secretary vacancy in Saudi Arabia

Set up consultations as well as preserve calendars collaborate and also assist in conferences, events, and/or traveling arrangements, as needed.
Deal with personal and sensitive info with outright discretion as well as discretion.
Preserve hard copy and/or electronic declaring system.
Prepare records for conferences and also presentations.
Attend conferences and take, type and also distribute meeting mins.
Daily routine contact with Senior Administration Group at all Business Unit levels on different dash-board/management reports and so on.

Skills:

Bachelor Level (B.Sc/ BA) and/or professional office/secretarial certificates a plus.
8-- 10 years experience in the same field out of 4 years as Exec Secretary to VP/Director/CEO in a big company.
Outstanding computer system abilities, particularly with MS Office and MS Expectation email. Additional understanding in SAP/ERP platform is an included benefit.
Excellent Communication skills (Verbal & amp written) in English & amp Arabic.
