Responsibilities: Joins the repair work of bonded parts/assemblies for RSADF systems that are covered under the presently approved TAA. Wok location Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Supply welding suggestions to the (directorate/section) manager.Collaborate with group for repair, test and also checkout of launchers or various other equipment calling for welding.Maintain all welding tools and misc. assigned devices in the depot to execute job task.Knowledge of proper store air flow required to carry out welding as well as understanding of exactly how to maintain the weld area (walls and floorings) protected from sparks and warm metal. In deepness understanding of reviewing illustrations, plans and also recognizing welding icons, along with taking dimensions to plan design and procedures.Determining the proper welding equipment, process and/or method based on requirements. Setting up parts for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut product with powered saws and/or gas apparatus to match measurements). Operate mills with abrasives, cable brushes, and/or carbides to prepare the parts that have to be welded.Align components making use of a calipers, leaders etc and clamp pieces.Weld parts using manual or semi-automatic welding tools in different settings (vertical, straight or overhanging). Use any required authorized welding changes.Maintain tools in a problem that does not jeopardize safety and security, Adhere to suitable RSADF safety plans, treatments and criteria. Need to wear safety helmets, respirators, handwear covers and also clothes as essential for safety.Perform various other relevant responsibilities as called for by the section police officer.
