Education:Bachelor's level Chemistry (or) Chemical Engineering.
Experience:Minimum 6 years' experience in a research laboratory setup, ideally in a cement manufacturing environment.
Job Descriptions/ Duties:
- Straight supervision of workers as well as tasks in the Top quality Control Department in the performance of plant laboratory testing and also evaluation.
- Maintains production as well as material supply documents including appointment of getting of raw products, as well as coordination of product distributions.
- Make sure developed QC targets are met to guarantee a high quality, consistent item is generated.
- Provides training as well as support to lab personnel in the efficiency of their obligations.
- Carries out safety and security conferences as required.
- Keeps quality assurance records as much as day. Chart QC data quarterly.
- Disperses proper info to plant as well as sales/marketing employees in a prompt fashion.
- Gives favorable workplace for team to optimize their personal and also organizational capacity.
- Takes part in monthly physical supply of all raw materials Discover all phases of Plant operation and also fill in as required.
