This placement is accountable for optimizing uptime of all process lines as well as guaranteeing optimum schedule of all utilities

Responsibility & amp Responsibilities

• Maximizing the schedule of machinery as well as energies based on OEE standards
• Checking all tools and advising for repair and also substitute based on requirement
• Bring out repair services of plant as well as devices in a secure, prompt as well as specialist fashion
• Aiding in the growth of planned preventative maintenance schedules (PPM)
• Implementing PPM timetables and intended work orders as required
• Recognizing spares needs and control/ log use
• Ensuring adherence to QHSE requirementsPerforming origin cause analysis to guarantee corrective/preventive action to maximize uptime
• Coverage breakdown origin, equipment mistakes as well as issues to administration, Group Leader and Lead Tech
• Leading all job executions in addition to Factory Head to ensure completion within stated time and prices
• Vendor development for budget-friendly alternatives
• Training & amp developing the team towards far better efficiency

Work experience requirement

5 years of appropriate experience

Qualification

Technical Diploma with one decade of supervisory experience, or Designer (Mechanical/Electrical)
