We are searching for General Manager/Head of Projects for a big reputed global company, among the largest of its kind participated in the manufacture and also sales of ceramic as well as gres porcelain wall surface and also floor tiles and sanitaryware in various parts of the globe. This is an elderly monitoring duty as well as will certainly be based in Riyadh.

As Head of Projects, the successful candidate will lead the examination of establishing producing facilities in the Kingdom including establishing the scope, specs, and allocate every project.

Simultaneously, he or she will certainly begin the procedure of acquiring regulatory authorizations for establishing manufacturing procedures in KSA.

Once regulative approvals are gotten, he will look after the management of building and construction jobs from first design, bids, costing, and also building and construction.

When the plant is appointed he will have the possibility to either head operations for the plant or execute other making projects in various other parts of the globe.

Requirements

A background in Mechanical engineering
A track record of setting up greenfield production operations, or plant growths in the Kingdom
An understanding of the regulative environment in Saudi Arabia
A showed ability in sourcing basic materials, equipment as well as devices manufacturers and utilities carriers
Having the ability to establish a group of plant managers and factory workers once the factory is completed.
