Education and learning:Bachelor's degree Chemistry (or) Chemical Design.
Experience:Minimum 6 years' experience in a lab setting, preferably in a cement production setting.
Job Descriptions/ Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision of workers and tasks in the Top quality Control Department in the efficiency of plant lab testing and evaluation.
- Maintains manufacturing as well as material stock documents including assessment of purchasing of resources, and coordination of product shipments.
- Make sure developed QC targets are fulfilled to make sure a top quality, constant product is generated.
- Gives training and assistance to laboratory personnel in the efficiency of their tasks.
- Carries out security conferences as called for.
- Keeps quality assurance documents as much as date. Chart QC information quarterly.
- Distributes suitable info to plant as well as sales/marketing workers in a timely way.
- Offers positive work setting for personnel to maximize their personal and business possibility.
- Takes part in month-to-month physical inventory of all basic materials Discover all phases of Plant procedure as well as fill in as required.
- Execute various management tasks as called for.
- Prior managerial experience a plus. Have to have shown management and also motivation.
