Job Descriptions

Develops a disciplined, well harmonizing group, specifically in sight of:
Guarantees strict following of general solution requirements and fundamental service policies, solution standards, cleansing check lists, etc.
Personal and expert development of subordinates.
Does duties as appointed by the F & amp B Manager.
Makes sure that all visitors are greeted and also seated by the solution staff or by him/her self.
Trains and sustains his/her employees based upon the basic service needs as well as fundamental service policies, recommending as well as selling.
Takes part in decor and also preparing the dining establishment for promos and special occasions.
Informs his/her staff members constantly on all promo, specialties as well as various other sales tasks.
Makes sure a proper, proper order requiring to speed-up service which visitors receive the appropriate orders.
Proactively participates in order taking, sales efforts, service and also visitor connections.
Manages all grievances by instantly informing the Restaurant Manager or Asst. F & amp B Manager.
