Need to have minimal 2 years as well as above of UAE/GCC experience as Secretary/Administrative Assistant and also to be situated in Sharjah B * ranch. * ( ARABIC SPEAKING - LADY ONLY). CANISTER JOIN QUICKLY. To aid in everyday administrative/operational tasks. Keep and update the database, documents and supply documents must be organized and available as when is required. Manage faxes, phone calls, and a lot of communications. Maintain Computerized Work Order System as routed by the department. Prepare personal letters, tags, envelopes, files, reports, and so on. Submit, duplicate, and/or provide or send by mail documents. Order workplace supplies to make sure appropriate inventory. Make sure that all work is lugged out in a risk-free and also effective way. Perform various other obligations as assigned/needed. Keep good public relations. Observing the finest service techniques and also etiquette. Ω†ΩˆΨΉ Ψ§Ω„ΩˆΨΈΩŠΩΨ©: Ψ―ΩˆΨ§Ω… ΩƒΨ§Ω…Ω„.
