Our business is looking for an office assistant to be in charge of handling clerical tasks in our workplace. You will certainly be managing inbound phone calls and various other communications, welcoming clients and site visitors, as well as managing documents, upgrading documentation as well as various other files, and executing various other basic workplace clerk responsibilities and also duties.

In order for you to be chosen as a candidate, you will require the ability to create plainly and also excel with data processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication abilities is also highly valued.

Office Assistant Responsibilities

Dealing with inbound telephone calls and also various other interactions.
Managing declaring system.
Recording info as required.
Welcoming clients as well as site visitors as needed.
Updating documents, keeping files, and data processing.
Helping organize and preserve workplace common areas.
Performing general office clerk obligations and also errands.
Organizing travel by booking lodging as well as booking requires as needed.
Working with events as necessary.
Preserving supply stock.
Keeping workplace equipment as required.
Helping with client reception as needed.
Experience as a digital assistant.
