Bachelor (or preferably Masters) degree in Design or in related technique (Civil, Electric, Mechanical, Digital, Agricultural etc) with preferably a PMP qualification or any type of other task management related certification.10-- 15 years of task manangement experience in the building sector with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory role on a large tasks.

Skills:

Solid knowledge of all facets of Job Monitoring. Functional/Technical knowledge in areas of landscaping, hardscaping, softscaping, watering or mechanical as well as electrical jobs. Extensive understanding of project administration problems with an experience of resolving issues inside as well as on the surface. Expertise of neighborhood laws and also regulations influencing job procedures. Understanding of international best methods in job administration.
