Job Summary

  • Assessing monetary details and also prepare economic records to figure out or preserve document of costs, properties, responsibilities, profit and loss, or other economic activities within the Establishments.
  • Adhering to the Institutions general economic policy
  • Collection of monthly charges including admission costs, transport, any various other activities' costs.
  • Prep work of daily collection record.
  • Settlement of checking account.
  • Make certain to deposit the collections on day-to-day basis.
  • Maintain the school administration updated with all daily monetary records & amp concerns.
  • Liable of the Schools fixed assets.
  • Prepare cash money flow projection.
  • Determine & amp prepare repayment payment & amp track receivable (electrical power, phone, water, and so on)
  • Prepare audits routines for exterior auditors & amp work as an intermediary between the School & amp auditors.
  • Prepare the annual & amp mid-year allocate the institution in coordination with the administration.
Credentials: Bachelor in Audit Experience: 5 Years
