Job Duty: · Answering incoming telephone phone calls and also maintenance requests, identifying the purpose of customer and also forwarding calls to appropriate division. · Supplying a positive client experience during all interactions with existing as well as prospective Clients · Responsible for offering conscientious, polite and effective solution to all guests and also working with the responsibilities of the front workdesk Need: · Excellent Interaction and Interpersonal Skills · A Degree/Diploma in relevant area · Adaptability to take care of job demands . Standard Computer system abilities and expertise . Hands on experience in managing as well as taking care of telephonic inquiries . Minimum of 1 year tested experience in a similar function. Job Kind: Full Time Income: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Capacity to commute/relocate: Abu Dhabi: Accurately commute or intending to move prior to starting work (Required).
