JOB FUNCTION/ CONTEXT:
To help the chefs in the daily food production in a place making certain food safety rules as well as regulations are followed to ensure secure preparation of dishes.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
DESCRIPTION
- In charge of his component of the food manufacturing routine as designated by the Chef.
- Receive from shops active ingredients required for the everyday manufacturing.
- Job in all areas of production consisting of warm or cold kitchen area as called for.
- Assist in the packaging of food for places or positioning the menu items in the solution areas.
- Comply with all food safety policies as well as procedures to ensure the risk-free production of food.
- Guarantee the correct use devices in all times
- Record tools failure or failing to the chef.
- Ensure his work terminal is kept clean according to the cleaning routines.
- Proactively works with cooks to increase his knowledge and knowledge in all areas of manufacturing.
