Responsibilities:
Support Cook de Partie or Demi Cook de Partie in the daily operation and also job.
Control food supply and food price in his/her area.
Comply with the guidelines and suggestions from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks.
Make sure the highest possible requirements and also consistent high quality in the daily prep work.
Working understanding with active ingredient limitations (breads that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
Desire to replenish expert understanding.
Requirements:
Great attention to detail and creative thinking
Certificate in cookeries, pastry-making, baking or appropriate field
Standard Food Health Expertise
Fundamental Pastry Understanding
