Job Summary

  • Assessing financial information and prepare financial reports to figure out or keep document of costs, possessions, liabilities, earnings and loss, or other economic tasks within the Institutions.
  • Following the Organizations general economic policy
  • Collection of regular monthly costs including admission costs, transportation, any various other tasks' charges.
  • Prep work of daily collection record.
  • Settlement of savings account.
  • Make certain to deposit the collections on day-to-day basis.
  • Keep the college monitoring upgraded with all day-to-day financial reports & amp concerns.
  • Responsible of the Schools dealt with properties.
  • Prepare capital projection.
  • Compute & amp prepare compensation invoicing & amp track receivable (electrical energy, phone, water, and so on)
  • Prepare audits timetables for outside auditors & amp function as an intermediary between the School & amp auditors.
  • Prepare the yearly & amp mid-year budget plan for the institution in control with the management.
Certification: Bachelor in Accountancy Experience: 5 Years
