Job description - Financial Accounting Duties & Responsibilities varying from bookkeeping & preserving audit schedules/records to month-to-month closure of accounts, finalization as well as year-end financials consisting of a yearly financial audit by outside auditors. - Keeping approximately day financial records of lease homes, Inc. lease rental revenues, maintenance costs - Make sure timely receipt of rental earnings - A/C Receivables Monitoring - Monitor and follow up receivables of lease services & barrel dues of tenants - Handling the savings account, Inc. bank reconciliation & extensive PDC management - Handling monthly home related costs for payment functions - A/C Payables administration Inc. preparing/issuing cheques, TTs & accounting entrances - Periodic reconciliation of test balance - Cashflows projecting - Monitor owner's funds' schedule for drawings etc- Records of maintenance elements of the residential properties Inc. long-term distributor contracts - Worth Added Tax Accounting Inc. Tax Invoicing & FTA VAT Returns - Building And Construction Work In Development Audit, Schedules & Budgets/Variances - All Paperwork facets of the above locations of duty - Various Other Bookkeeping Duties & responsibilities as may be entrusted every now and then Job Types: Permanent, Long-term Salary: From AED2,500.00 each month Experience: Accounts Actual estate: 1 year (Preferred).
